On July 15, 2026, Rwandan music star King James visited the Campaign Against Genocide Museum in Kimihurura as part of preparations for his upcoming concerts marking 20 years in the industry.

The visit aimed to deepen his understanding of Rwanda’s history, particularly the struggle to stop the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi and liberate the country. King James noted that these lessons would inspire future songs and artistic projects.

King James is set to headline two major shows at BK Arena on August 1 and 2, 2026. These concerts will celebrate his two‑decade journey in music, offering fans a chance to relive classics such as Igitekerezo, Poupette, Mfata, and Agatimatima, alongside other hits that defined his career.
